Mission of Taipei University of Marine Technology
Taipei University of Marine Technology aims to cultivate technical professionals in the fields of maritime and commerce.
Mission of College
The mission of College of Lifestyle Design and Human Ecology is to provide quality learning conditions which integrate theory with practice, to develop our students to become competitive and responsible individuals, and to educate livelihood industry professionals with professional attitude, service passion, and global mindset.
Faculty
At present, there are 56 faculty members in all, that consist of 3 professors, 18 associate professors, 23 assistant professors, and 12 instructors.
Goals
The goals of the College of Lifestyle Design and Human Ecology are the integration of teaching resources and the superior environment for research and learning for teachers as well as students. Our educational goal is to cultivate professionals whose expertise caters to the special need of livelihood industry. Numerous outstanding livelihood industry professionals graduated from our college. These personnel form a strong and active alumni network, many of whom are senior executives of businesses in the livelihood industry.
